10-12 Sagamore St, Dorchester

This was our first project in Dorchester, in the desirable Savin Hill Neighborhood.  Easy access to local freeways, restaurants and coffee shops, and a 5-minute walk to the Red Line T station make this a very desirable location.  The property was acquired off-market and was in need of a fully gut renovation inside and out. We capitalized on this by reconfiguring the units into three unique 2bd/2ba units.  The layout of each unit was unique and achieved glowing reviews from all. Additionally, we went through the zoning board of appeals process to add two new off-street parking spaces to the property.
