This property was acquired off-market, direct from the seller and is in the same neighborhood as our Sagamore St project. This was not a full gut renovation, though we did update all mechanicals, electric, plumbing, added A/C and gut renovate the kitchen, bath, and laundry areas. On the exterior of the building we replaced all windows, and added new siding. The end result was a thoroughly updated building and a great addition to the neighborhood. Our intention was to execute this project quickly and we were fully sold out in 7 months from acquisition.
